All this for a salad !?!?!?!

I thought I would try the local Saladbowl for lunch today, thinking they may have wifi access for my laptop. I cruised the parking lot with my laptop on and Network Stumbler running looking for a open connection and a parking spot. The connection looked promising, finding a parking space was another thing. I finally gave up trying to find a close spot and took the first open one I could find, a short walk away. When I got to the store, the line was nearly out the door. I figured this would be a good time to try and log onto the access point. I had a strong signal but couldn't connect. After waiting and not moving for what seemed like 10 minutes (but was probably closer to 2 or 3), I gave up and went back to the car. A short time later I stopped at the local SubWay and lo and behold they had an open access point (or someone near them did) and I was able to enjoy lunch and my laptop at the same time!
